Migration of teachers and pupils

migration as a result of conflict lead to internal and external displacement of teachers and pupils in a country. An educated people specifically, teachers seek safety  for their lives during the conflict, for they are the most targeted people.
pupils as well, being displaced with or without their families, some of them may get an immediate joining schools in their displacement while others are not.and these obstacles will contribute into delayment of child education.
migration of the  teachers and the pupils occurs not only because of the conflict, but also for economic improvement and better education chances.

  1. Nura, These are some great points! I would find it difficult to blame a teacher for leaving is he or she was in danger or if there was the possibility of improve living conditions for me or my family! I wonder how we can best begin to address this concern? I would be interested in knowing why some people chose to stay even with the danger or low pay? How do we encourage others?

    1. It is the right of everybody to seek safety for his or her life, but from my own point of view if the situation is not more dangerous it is better to stay and contribute in solving the problem in different ways, as an active person in the community.By enlightenment, or continue in teaching profession.because the teacher himself has children who will teach them if he neglect teaching?

  2. Nura, it's true that there are many problems that arise with conflict and economic status in the country which I agree with you. it then causes psychological stresses to many students and remains in them for life. as we know such problems very well, am thinking how can we actually work hard to solve that problem since they say a known problem is a solve problem?

    1. thank you Nyawiir for this great question,as you state a known problem is a solve problem so, I think migration or leaving teaching profession is not the best solution for us we must stay and rise our voice until we get solutions to these problems and receive good payment.

  3. Your right Nura most people immigrate because of the economic situation of the country but hopefully things will work well.

  4. Yes Nura, migration has many reasons and of course most people migrate to such for safety and better life but for the case of teachers because actually their little payment can also force them to leave the country even if without conflict.
